Long Story Short
The Short Version
People often ask, "How did you go from practicing law to coaching?" Here's how it happened.

I grew up in northern Minnesota, in a hardworking family, always chasing the next opportunity. I developed a sense of wanderlust early on, taking my first solo adventure to Chicago at 16. From there, my travels took me all over the U.S. and eventually to Mexico, where serendipity opened doors I never expected.

I earned my undergraduate degree – Summa Cum Laude - in three years, powered by resilience and grit, and pursued law school. Despite bombing the LSAT, I pushed forward and became a lawyer. My journey led me from Minneapolis to London, where I gained invaluable experience, navigating challenges and highs alike. During this time, I also explored yoga, natural cooking, and photography—skills that helped me balance the pressures of law.

When family health concerns brought me back to Minnesota, I realized coaching was my true calling. It wasn’t a departure from my past but a natural evolution. I had always loved guiding others and believed in unlocking untapped potential. So, I requalified as a coach, diving into neuroscience and health coaching along the way.
Today, I help high achievers, particularly in the legal and corporate world, redefine success on their terms and align with their purpose. My approach blends depth with strategy, focusing on resilience, adaptability, and lasting impact. It's not about working harder, but working smarter with purpose.
I’m a proud mom to a 12-year-old daughter and a fluffy dog, and I'm passionate about helping others achieve a deeper sense of fulfillment and meaning.
